Site work for a civil project in Primera, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Primera is seeking qualified firms to provide engineering services for the City. The City proposes to contract with a qualified Engineering Firm to provide engineering services for the design of a Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment Plant, groundwater pump(s), and other water system improvements. The requested engineering services shall include, but are not limited to, preparing all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, support permit and regulatory approvals, and overseeing project implementation. Particular consideration will be given to firms demonstrating prior experience with similar water supply and RO treatment projects, as well as the ability to prepare a detailed project schedule and implementation plan to bring the project to "shovel-ready" status as soon as possible.
