The University is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to replace the three (3) existing split systems currently with gas furnaces, with new split system heat pumps. The existing ductless split system is to be replaced as well as the HVAC system servicing the telecom closet. A fan will be installed to improve air flow in the problem areas and all bathroom exhaust fans will be replaced. All air devices will be replaced and slight modifications to ductwork and air distribution will be made as per the specifications and drawings. Project Cost Class B - $100,000 to $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Notice to Proceed (NTP) projected to be 08/14/2024, with Phase 1 on-site work to be performed from 10/14/2024 to 12/18/2024 and Phase 2 Cooling TAB on-site work to be performed from 06/02/2025 to 06/26/2025, which will be Substantial Completion.
