Site work for a water / sewer project in Newton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing a 12-inch potable waterline and related appurtenances between existing waterlines on NC Highway 150 and NC Highway 16 Bypass. Question Deadline 07/08/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Submit Written Questions Responsibility: Contractor. Provide Responses to Questions Responsibility: Owner July 12, 2024 at 5:00 PM Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Catawba County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities as may be permitted by law. Document Note: Bidding Documents will also be available for inspection, by appointment, at the Catawba County Purchasing Department, 25 Government Drive, Newton, North Carolina 28658, Phone: 828-465-8224. In addition, Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the following designated County website. The Work will be substantially completed within 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
