Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Saint George, South Carolina. Design plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Dorchester Seniors, Inc., hereinafter the "DSI", is seeking responses from qualified Consultants interested in providing architectural and civil site design services for the design, permitting, and construction of a New Senior Center Facility and associated site improvements in St. George, SC. Architectual firms and Civil Site Design Firms shall partner and submit as a project team. Firms that provide both Architectural and Civil Site Design Services may submit as a single entity. As of August 1, 2025, per owner, project is still in design development. A general contractor has not been selected yet and there is no current schedule for construction. They still need to secure funding for construction before a contractor is selected. Hope to have funding in Summer 2026.
