Dorchester County invites sealed bids for resurfacing projects on various roads throughout the County, Dorchester County, South Carolina invites sealed bids for the following: o Minimum 150#/SY type C asphalt o Minimum 4" full depth patch. All areas to be full depth patched will be marked by the contractor and DCPW prior to paving. o Milling o Pothole Patch Last Day for Questions: Tuesday, July 23, 2024 @ 5:00PM Eastern Bid security shall be in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount bid. Certified checks should be made payable to the Dorchester County Treasurer. Contractor shall provide a performance and indemnity bond in the amount totaling one hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid on the award date. Contractor shall provide a payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid after contract is awarded. COMPLETION TIME: Contractor shall state estimated completion times from contract award date. Work to be completed within 180 days of award.
