New one story 4,416 sf administration Building OWNER has established a goal of ten percent (10%) for minority and women-owned business (collectively, minority businesses) participation for all Town of Kure Beach projects, including this PROJECT. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded by the OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by the Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
