Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nokomis, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility; road / highway; and for paving for a power facility.
The Contractor shall supply all labour, material, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to complete the steel fabrication & erection at Yellowhead, Hatfield, Dewdney, and Prince stations as per the Specifications and Drawings. The scope of work includes but is not limited to site preparation, foundations, ducting, fencing, and grounding. In addition to the station construction, a new access road to the station is also included in scope. The Contractor shall supply all labour, materials, equipment and tools for the complete supply, fabrication, galvanizing, delivery, off-loading, including off-loading equipment, and erection, where applicable, of all steel components as specified in this Specification and on the Contract Drawings.
