Ref. #: 24-014IFB The City of Sedona is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services. Question Deadline 06/15/2024 at 3:00 PM MT Questions through Online Portal All questions should be directed in writing using the City's eProcurement System or to: Ian Coubrough Procurement Officer icoubrough@sedonaaz.gov The work includes the removal and replacement of approximately 530 lineal feet of Dry Creek Road at the Lizard Head Trail curve. The roadway realignment design anticipates future construction of an 8' to 10' wide stabilized decomposed granite shared use path including shoulders and landscape boulders adjacent to and on the westerly side of the road. The future path design and construction will be completed by others. Work includes removal and replacement of existing asphalt and aggregate base materials in Dry Creek Road, brush and tree removals, site grading, drainage improvements, culvert extensions, concrete headwalls, signs, rock installations, handrails, roadway striping, and other miscellaneous improvements as shown on the construction plans and described in the specifications.
