A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska with offices in Thurston County, Nebraska, on the Winnebago Reservation is hereby requesting proposals with details of qualifications and proposed fees from professional firms providing Civil Engineering who have an interest in providing engineering design and construction services for a new 31 lot Residential Subpision located 1/2 mile South of Winnebago. The firm selected will be expected to perform basic Engineering Design and Construction services. Funding will be provided by the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. The following information shall be submitted in response to this request: A. Qualifications of Firm: Qualifications of firm, specifically as related to residential subpision development. B.
