Kiamichi Tech Remodel & Interior Finish Updates A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder, for all bids over $100,000, or as otherwise applicable by State Law. Checks or surety bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. Trades involved include demolition, framing, flooring, gypsum board, doors and frames, painting, ceilings, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and miscellaneous specialties. There is no structural, roofing, nor any site work as a part of this project.
