The Project will be new construction of a 30 classroom addition to an existing K-8 School, The Nokesville School located at 12109 Aden Road, Nokesville VA 20181. It is anticipated that the new addition will accommodate approximately 20 elementary level classrooms and 10 middle level classrooms. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals with the intent to enter into a contract through competitive negotiations for the professional services of an Architectural/Engineering firm, authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, for comprehensive design of a renovation of an existing middle school for PWCS, to be located within Prince William County, Virginia. The A/E shall provide professional services for the project described in Section 5 of this RFP consistent with the requirements of PWCS's Construction Project Manual, the PWCS A/E Contract, and the A/E General Terms, and latest directives issued by PWCS concerning construction and professional services for the addition to The Nokesville School.
