Construction of a new District One Headquarters-Office on the site, including sitework, landscape development, and other site improvements. Structural system consisting of a pre-engineered structural frame supported on concrete foundations and structural steel framing system supported on concrete foundations. Building exterior walls will have insulated metal panel veneer on pre-engineered girts. Exterior fenestration including storefront entrance framing, glazed curtainwall, and doors. Project will be a new District One Headquarters-Office building which is approximately 73,800 SF. Includes sitework, landscape development, and other site improvements.
