Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lambertville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work will include but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing North Union Pumping Station as outlined in the plans and specifications. Payment for Contract Documents shall be by cash, money order, certified check and shall be made payable to Carroll Engineering Corporation. Contract documents cannot be purchased through the mail. Carroll Engineering Corporation will not be held responsible for Contract documents purchased via courier service. Proposals shall be made on the forms provided and made part of the Contract Documents, which shall be submitted intact. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Lambertville Municipal Utilities Authority, or a duly executed Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the Bidder together with a Surety Consent evidencing that he can obtain the required Performance Bond. The completed Surety's Consent form, together with an attached Surety Disclosure Statement and Certification as required by N.J.S.A. 2A:44-143 is due at the time of receipt of bid. The higher of the prevailing State or Federal wage must be paid. The Proposal description and the name and address of the Bidder should be marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. No Proposals will be accepted by mail. No Proposals will be accepted after said hour. The Lambertville Municipal Utilities Authority reserves the right to consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt.
