Lambertville Public Library Brick Pointing and Exterior Painting within the City of Lambertville. Contract will include but not be limited to repair, restoration, and preparation of all exterior surfaces to receive new paint; application of new paint to all exterior surfaces as indicated in drawing set Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein, and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the City of Lambertville, 18 York Street, Lambertville, New Jersey 08530 and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing that said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall it be less than$500.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. All bidders are required to conform to all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law. The City of Lambertville Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid inuring to the benefit of the City. Power washing and repointing of brick as necessary; repair and refinishing of eroded masonry wall assemblies as indicated; repair and preparation of existing trim, fascia, columns, railings, and soffits to receive new paint replacement ofmissing or deteriorated bead board soffit as necessary to match existing in kind; supply and application of new priming and paint of all surfaces as indicated in drawing set installation of new door and hardware as indicated
