** As of 10/08/2025 bids received was rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The scope of Work contemplated for the above-named Project includes replacement of existing grates and curb pieces with bicycle safe grates and Type N-ECO curb pieces, including any necessary inlet repairs, as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary A written request must be received by the Engineer no later than 4:00 PM on AUGUST 29,2025. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within Ninety (90) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of City of Lambertville for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. Docs notes ; Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the Contract Documents upon proper notice and payment of a non-refundable charge of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) payable to Gilmore & Associates at the offices of Gilmore & Associates to defray the cost thereof. City of Lambertville reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law.
