The New Jersey Water Supply Authority requests Statements of Qualifications and Technical Proposals for consulting services concerning the rehabilitation of the Swan Creek Culvert and Aqueduct on the Delaware and Raritan Canal in the City of Lambertville, Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Proposals will be evaluated based on the approach presented in the Technical Proposal, including the proposed schedule, relevant experience and technical competence of the proposed personnel, satisfactory performance record on similar projects, and the location of the firm and key personnel. Bidders must comply with State of New Jersey Business Registration Certification Act, Affirmative Action Compliance Requirements, the Diane B. Allen Equal Pay Act, and the Pay to Play Prohibitions and Political Contribution Disclosure Requirements. Four hard copies and one electronic (pdf) copy of the required documents and forms must be physically received at the specified address.
