The scope of Work contemplated for the above-named Project includes milling and overlay, reconstruction of asphalt roadway, curb, sidewalks, as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for completion of the Project, All Work on this Contract shall be completed within Sixty (60) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of City of Lambertville for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. No oral interpretation and/or clarification of the meaning of the Contract Documents will be made to any Bidder. Any interpretation or clarification requested by a Bidder shall be in writing, addressed to the Engineer. In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received by the Engineer according to the procedures outlined in the Special Provisions. 2.5.2 All interpretations, clarifications and any supplemental instructions issued by the Engineer will be in the form of written Addenda to the Plans or Specifications, and will be distributed to all prospective Bidders. All Addenda so issued shall become part of the Specifications and Contract Documents, and shall be acknowledged by the Bidder in the Bid Packet. City of Lambertville reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law.
