Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
2024 Elevated Tank Demolition All Bids shall be addressed to the Lockport Heights Sanitary District. The name and address of the bidder and the name of the project shall also appear on the outside of the envelope. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Engineer. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, construction of the following major item and all appurtenant work: Demolition and removal of 150,000 gallon elevated tank and appurtenances, fence removal, and site restoration as necessary. Bid Security: Certified, treasurer's or cashier's check or bid bond in the sum of 10 percent of the bid. Successful bidder must furnish 100 percent Performance Bond and 100 percent Labor and Materials Bond. Illinois prevailing wage rates and public works employment laws are applicable. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, should the Owner deem it to be in the public interest to do so
