This project consists of landscape management operations for the State Highway Administration (SHA) Headquarters Complex, 707 N. Calvert Street and 211 E. Madison Street, Baltimore, MD 21202. The office complex is located in a square block bordered by N. Calvert Street, E. Madison Street, Guilford Avenue, and E. Monument Street in the Mt. Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore City. The site consists of two (2) buildings and a surface parking lot with approximately 774 square yards of landscaped plant beds, parking lot islands, sidewalk tree planters, and raised planters. Crew for Watering Plants, installation of bulbs, rotations of annual plantings in free-standing containers, and the replenishment of mulch throughout the project are also included in the work All questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Procurement Officer designee MBE Subcontracting Goal: 0% VSBE Subcontracting Goal: 0% Commercial General Liability - $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury, property damage, and personal and advertising injury and $3,000,000 annual aggregate. The minimum limits required herein may be satisfied through any combination of primary and umbrella/excess liability policies. A person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a felony and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or imprisonment not exceeding five (5) years or both.
