The Work will consist of road repair including pulverize and repave existing asphaltic concrete pavement. Pulverize approx. 14,000 sf existing A.C. pavement and re-pave with 3.5" of A.C./8" of prepared aggregate sub-base. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items.
