**As of July 29 , 2024 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Glynn County Board of Commissioners with Concrete Box Culvert and Concrete Storm Drain Pipe for the College Park Phase I Project as detailed in this IFB. This project is Federally funded therefore all Federal 2CFR procurement and contract clauses will apply. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted in writing via the online Portal no later than Monday, June 24, 2024. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than Friday, June 28, 2024. All questions are required to be submitted in written form. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. All contact concerning this solicitation shall be made through the Procurement Officer 19-5016
