Site work for a mixed-use development in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The project includes the construction of approximately 2.5 miles of natural surface, sustainable singletrack, non-motorized multi use trail, approximately 18-36 inches wide within park boundaries. The trail construction may also warrant construction of retaining walls or sutter walls along switchbacks and trail improvements to protect sensitive areas. The project will include the engineering and installation of two bridges across Tunnel Creek; bridge locations to be determined based on field conditions and the final approved trail alignment. The bid proposal shall include a cost to haul out existing materials located at the construction site which were previously purchased for bridge construction and will no longer be used. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 15, 2025 Site Directions: The Project is located in the Washoe Country portion of the Lake Tahoe Nevada State Parks. The Tunnel Creek Singletrack Trail is accessed off of Tunnel Creek Road. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total bid price payable to the Nevada Division of State Parks as a guarantee that the bidder, if his proposal is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, secure the necessary insurance, furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price, and furnish a labor and material bond in the amount of 100 percent of the bid price.
