Question Deadline 06/19/2024 at 3:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Start/Delivery Date July, 2024 Scope of Services To be considered, the contractor shall be licensed by the State of California and registered with the County of Riverside. The service representative shall possess a Qualified Applicators License (QAL), category "F" (aquatics), to perform work under this contract in compliance with government regulations. Shoreline Maintenance a. Contractor will supply personnel to physically remove visible algae, dead fish, and other debris within a 10-foot radius from both the waterline and the adjacent beach area. This work will be performed manually using hand tools to minimize sediment disturbance along the shoreline. b. The City will provide onsite dumpsters for the collected debris. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure all debris is properly disposed of in these City-provided dumpsters. While the contractor is permitted to use tractors or similar equipment for transporting debris to the dumpsters, this equipment must only be used on land and not within the water area. c. The City has identified three distinct sections along the shoreline for maintenance. During each visit, the contractor will focus on cleaning one of these designated sections.
