Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Grantsville, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Deseret Peak Complex Maintenance Building Plans have been completed and are attached. The metal building shell has been ordered from CO Buildings, and is in the fabrication process currently. Tooele County ("County") is looking for a licensed and insured vendor to construct site improvements, erect the metal building shell, and build the shop per the designed plans and specifications, within the most current building code. Permitting will be completed through Grantsville City, and plans are currently there undergoing plan review. The awarded contractor will be responsible for working closely with Grantsville City for building permits and inspections contact information will be provided. Tooele County shall not be obligated to respond to any proposal submitted, nor shall it be legally bound in any manner whatsoever by the receipt of a proposal. Tooele County reserves the right to extend or cancel all scheduled proposal due dates. Notice of such extensions or cancellations shall be sent via addendum to this RFP. Question Deadline 06/21/2024 at 4:00 PM MT Questions must be submitted through the online County's Response to Questions June 24, 2024 @ 4PM
