This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Potable Steel Water Tank Cleaning, Maintenace and Inspection Services. The Contractor will be compensated for services in accordance with the service rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, supplies, transportation, shipping, equipment, tools, permits, licenses and every other item of expense necessary to perform the services listed herein during normal business hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Richard A. McGee Correctional Training Center (CTC) located at 9850 Twin Cities Road, Galt, CA 95632. As required by Government Code 14838, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is required to meet the State's twenty-five percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation requirement. Certified SBs and micro-businesses (MB) are encouraged to submit bids. See Small Business Preference Program Section, in this IFB for requirements. Term End Date of Agreement June 30, 2027 The State is not required to award an Agreement and reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any immaterial deviations in the bid. The State's waiver of an immaterial deviation shall in no way modify the IFB document or excuse the bidder from full compliance with all requirements if awarded the Agreement.
