Stonington Park District Accepting Bids For Garage The Stonington Park District is accepting bids to refurbish a garage located at 201 W. North St., Stonington II. The garage is to be stripped to bare studs, windows removed, and holes patched, facia boards replaced, roof inspected and patched as needed. Garage should be sheeted using inch OSB and wrapped with house wrap. Exterior finish will be white tin to match the park pavilion building located directly east across Lake St. Roll up garage door will remain in place. Walk in door on garage will be replaced with same size, metal entry door, door should open out and not into garage. The roof should be finished with the same white tin. Bids should include pricing of all materials needed to complete the project. Call 217-825-7484 for questions. Stonington Park District reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
