The Township of Lanark Highlands is inviting qualified contractors to submit bids for the installation of a new roof for the Parks and Recreation Depot 7 Garage. The project involves the removal of the existing steel roofing, re-sheeting, and installation of new galvanized steel roofing, along with related work as detailed below. Scope of Work: Remove all existing steel roofing and dispose of appropriately. Remove snow guards and set aside for reinstallation. Re-sheet the entire roof surface with 1/2 inch OSB. Provide and install synthetic paper for the entire roof surface. Install and provide 29-gauge galvanized "Americana" steel until the roof is complete. Install and provide ridge vents and foam closure. Reinstall snow guards after roofing installation. Provide and install 5-inch eavestroughing (platinum) across the front side only. Provide and install 3 downspouts to drain water effectively. Clean up grounds and remove any installation debris post-installation.
