The Project Shall Include New Valves, Controls, and Features to Allow for Isolation of Each Individual Building, and Support Ease of Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, and Repairs. The New Above Ground Support Structure Shall Be Designed and Engineered to Carry Both the New Heating Hot Water Piping and the Chilled Water Supply and Return Loop System in the Future.
