This solicitation is for the purchase of Polycarbonate Backboards and Pickleball Systems per specifications for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections, SCI Mahanoy. See items for details of requested materials. THE INFORMATION IS BASED ON BISON BRAND. ITEMS(S) BID MUST BE COMPARABLE. All items will be delivered FOB Destination. The awarded supplier is responsible for any shipping or delivery costs. Registered Vendors may find solicitation on the PA Supplier Portal. All bidders are responsible for monitoring online to view any change notices to this IFB. The change notices shall become incorporated as part of this solicitation. Item(s) must be comparable. Comparable systems must be gooseneck for facility safety. Except as clarified and amended by this Addendum, the terms, conditions, specifications, and instructions of the solicitation and any previous solicitation addenda, remain as originally written. Bid description: Bids must be received by the purchasing agency on the Solicitation Due Date no later than the Solicitation Due Time as set forth in the solicitation. Any conflict between the dates and/or times contained in the solicitation itself or its attachments and this advertisement shall be resolved in favour of the solicitation. The DOC reserves the right to reject a system that includes post and backboard braces that can be easily climbed due to security risks.
