Site work for a road / highway in Frackville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work consists of the installation of decorative post top street lighting assemblies, poles, and foundations, installation of underground electrical conduit, junction boxes, and power supply equipment, connection to electrical service, and restoration of all disturbed sidewalks, pavement, and curbing, all within Frackville Borough, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. The extent of the work is described in the contract documents. Bidders must be PENNDOT qualified. All further requirements regarding bid submittal, bid security, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are outlined in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid, and there shall be no discrimination based on race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Bidders are required to meet the requirements of Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012. All steel products used or supplied must be made in the United States per the Steel Procurement Act. The Borough of Frackville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. Question Deadline 01/23/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the Clarifications from Vendors feature in PennBid. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
