Renovation of a water / sewer project in Redmond, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work to Be Perkermod Shall Include: Replacement of Equip Ment at Four (4) Existing Waste Water Lift Stations Referred to Us Wastewater Lift Stations 17, 51. 52. And 53. This Includes but is Not Limited to. Removal and Replacement of Pumping Equip Ment, Piping, Valves and Nances Within Existing Dry Wells Lift Stations Installation and Oper Ation of Temporary Bypass Pump Ing: Removal of Existing Seal Water Systems, Removal and Replacement of the Wwls 51 Abom Grouts Und Fuel Storage Tank, and Modifications to the Electrical and Control Systema Related to the Equipment Replace Ment. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashier's check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid or in the bidding process, and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Kengineer's Estimate for This Work is $2.500.000 to $3,000,000
