Renovation of an educational facility in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of removing the existing HVAC equipment and installing new ductwork, valves, heat exchanger, exhaust fans, control valves, reheat coils, grills and registers and other specified equipment. This work will be completed above ceilings so ceiling grid and tiles and hard lid ceilings will be demolished according to the demo sheets. New ceiling grid and tile along with new hard lids and paint will be installed following the new HVAC equipment. Some work is to be done on the roof to support the new exhaust fans and connecting ductwork on the roof. Roof patching is part of the scope of work. HVAC controls along with testing and balancing are included. Please note there will be a subcontractor walk-thru on Thursday June 13th, at 11:30 AM all interested bidders are to meet in the first floor corridor at the main entrance.
