Completed plans call for the addition of a 9,300-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 5,600-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Fine Arts Addition and Renovation Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company. The Fine Arts Addition and Renovation consists of approximately 5,600 sf of renovations and accessibility upgrades to the existing lower and main levels. Renovations apply to a smaller existing lobby, restrooms, and corridor space. Approximately 9,300 sf of addition encloses an open breezeway between the two fine arts buildings, adds a lobby entrance with elevator, and a band/choir practice room, with additional site work and grading. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality on all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. Substantial Completion: All work for this project shall be substantially complete by November 15, 2025. All bidders must provide a sworn affidavit affirming participation in a federal work authorization program and stating that the bidder does not knowingly employ any person who is not authorized to work in the U.S. The contractor must comply with current Prevailing Wage laws and other statutory regulations as referred to in the specifications. This project is tax exempt. All questions must be submitted by July 9, 2024 @ 5:00pm.
