Bentley Community School District (BCSD) through Progressive AE, the Architect, is soliciting rebids of the following individual work scopes: Work Category 05: Structural Steel Work Category 07: Roofing and Sheet Metal Bentley Community Schools Summer 2025 Work Rebidding: BARHITTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: installation of new roof top units, new duct work, and associated work to complete install. BENTLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL: installation of new roof top units, vertical unit ventilators, new duct, and associated work to have a complete install. BENTLEY HIGH SCHOOL: installation of new roof top units, vertical unit ventilators, new air conditioning units, new duct, and all associated work to have a complete install. Bids must contain: a signed Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification and a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships between the Bidder and the Superintendent and/or Board of BCSD. 5% bid bond required. Successful bidders are required to furnish 100% labor and material bond and 100% performance bond depending on the dollar amount of the bid. BCSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the districts best interest and may select a bidder other than the lowest bidder in accordance with the terms stated in the notice.
