The Project includes the following Work: Excavation, granular fill, crushed stone base course and asphaltic pavement for approximately 700 linear feet of multi-modal path. Also includes minor amounts of curb and gutter and sidewalk removal and replacement, two storm sewer structure relocations and associated reinforced concrete piping, erosion control and seed restoration measures, and pavement markings for the project. The Village of Waunakee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
