Saving Project...

Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.

The bid date has been extended to July 17th. The contract of this work shall include all the labor, materials, and permits necessary and incidental to the complete construction, as indicated on the Drawings and specified in Division 1 through Division 26 of the Specifications, for the Fine Arts Center Rigging/Electrical Improvements project. 2. Anticipated award of contract July 15, 2024 3. Anticipated start of construction December 19, 2024 4. Anticipated substantial Completion January 3, 2025 All bidders are required to furnish Bid Security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Base Bid. Form of the security may be a bid bond, certified or cashiers' check made payable to Forest Hills Public Schools. This will be a guarantee that the bidder selected by Forest Hills Public Schools will furnish the required PLM Bonds; failure to do so could mean forfeiture of the Bid Security. All bidders must indicate, where shown on the Proposal Form, the cost of Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds covering 100% of the value of the Project. Do not include the cost of the Bonds in the Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive all irregularities in Proposals. Proposals shall remain firm for sixty (60) days from date of Bid Opening.
