Site work for a bridge / tunnel in West Lakeland, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Bid for removal and replacement of a culvert pipe, traffic control, striping and turf establishment for the CR 71 (Neal Ave) Culvert Replacement Project. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Washington County in an amount equal to not less than 5% of the total bid. Washington County hereby notifies all bidders that it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age and handicapped status in employment or the provision of services in consideration for an award. The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any defects therein. The Contractor must complete all Work to meet the requirements of 1516.2, "Project Acceptance," by August 30, 2024 The Contractor must start construction operations on August 12, 2024 or no later than eight Calendar days after the date of Contract Approval, whichever is later. The Contractor must not begin construction operations before Contract approval
