Ellingson Overlay Design Consultant RFQ This project consists of: Miscellaneous minor street improvements, new road crossing, HMA grind and overlay, sidewalk & ramp improvements, coordination with WSDOT and the UP Railroad. The City intends to select the best qualified engineering consultant or consultant team for this work by July 25, 2024; construction is planned for 2025. Each proposal will be reviewed and evaluated by personnel from the City of Pacific and the preferred candidate will be offered a contract for design services. With this grant funded project, the maximum dollar amount allocated towards AE design is $164,000.
