Contractor further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $1500 for each consecutive day Substantial Completion- The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 30, 2024 Final Completion- The Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Section 6.03 of the CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION on or before October 30, 2024. The right is reserved by Nibley City to reject any or all bids.
