Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Milk River, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The objective of this project is to procure construction contractor services for the demolition of three (3) existing wood vault toilets and their associated underground sewage storage. Additionally, three (3) new concrete vaults and associated sewage storage tanks are required to be manufactured, supplied and installed at the existing toilet locations. The successful proponent must ensure the new facility adheres to the Alberta Forestry & Parks standards. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for making all necessary adjustments to the site to accommodate the new vault toilet facility. The vault toilet facility shall provide a functional, safe, compliant, and accessible restroom facility that meets the needs of the visitors at the sites.
