The Town of Coaldale (Town) is proposing a pedestrian crossing of Highway 3 and CPKC Rail as identified in the West Coaldale Transportation and Connectivity Study. The proposed pathway extends from Land O' Lakes Drive across Highway 3 and CPKC Rail and extends north to the existing school site crossing 18 Avenue and 16 Avenue. The site of the Work of this Contract is location in Coaldale, AB.
