Site work for a stadium in Coaldale, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
1.Removal of twenty-two (22) of 27 brass irrigation valves, and replace with plastic or brass automated solenoid valves, with valve boxes 2.Install and connect new irrigation controller to 27 new valves, pump, and filter. 3.A master valve is to be installed to work in conjunction with the controller and pump. (To keep system pressurized while pump is off) 4.Gate valves are to be installed before and after pump and filter system. (For isolation of pump and filter system when repairs are needed.) 5.Restoration of turf with topsoil and grass seed (City of Lethbridge Sports field blend) or sod (Kentucky Bluegrass) to rectify areas of trenching and valve replacement back to a safe and playable condition with no visible trip hazards or settling. Valve boxes to be flush with turf surface to mitigate mowing and trip hazards.
