Reference Number AB-2022-00995 Source ID APC The expectation of the Service Agreement(s) is to streamline the Town's procurement of cost-effective, reliable, and timely municipal engineering services to supplement and assist internal Town engineering resources. The Town requires an established engineering firm(s) capable of providing a variety of professional engineering services on an as-needed basis through the 2022 Calendar Year, with an option for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. By procuring services on a longer-term basis, it is expected that the selected Proponent(s) will develop a greater familiarly with the Town, and consequently become more efficient at delivering routine services. The Town may select more than one Proponent if deemed advantageous. The successful Proponent(s) will be required to perform routine civil engineering tasks primarily within the municipal and transportation fields of practice, and shall be proficient in the following areas: Deep Utilities: Potable water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and storm sewer collection deep utility systems. Stormwater Management: Stormwater conveyance systems and storage/treatment facilities. Transportation: Urban and rural roads; active-modes pathways; and highway and rail crossings. Water and Wastewater Facilities: Water distribution pressure regulation, storage and pumping; and wastewater treatment and pumping. Landscaping and Irrigation: Parks, irrigation, and open-space amenities. The annual value of services rendered under the Service Agreement(s) will vary depending on need. Larger tasks/projects and specialty services will be subject to separate competitive procurement processes. More specifically, any single project or task valued at greater than $75,000 will be subject to a separate procurement consistent with the procedures of the Town's Procurement Policy #ARG-026. Moreover, specialty services of all magnitudes outside of the selected Proponents area of expertise will also be subject to separate procurements. The method of contractor selection has not determined at this time.
