On-Call Roadside Litter Pickup for Zoning 1 - MD 32, MD 3, and MD 198 - MDOT SHA Annapolis Maintenance Shop The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is soliciting bids for a Contractor to provide open-ended, on-call litter pick up on MD 32 (from Howard County line to I 97 including ramps/interchanges), MD 3 (from Prince Georges County line to I 97), and MD 198 (from Prince Georges County line to MD 32) roadways under the purview of the Annapolis Maintenance Shop. Work activities include removal of trash, litter, and debris including recap, organic debris, bottles, cans, cardboard, paper, etc. This Contract is not subject to the Living Wage Law Rates. This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated areas. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract.
