Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in La Center, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
See images below in reference to five (5) parking lots and two (2) pedestrian paths we are requesting to have slurry sealed (approximately 81,575 sq ft total) and pavement markings in parking lots. It is the responsibility of the contractor to verify field measurements and paint the parking lots identical to current pavement markings, including ADA. Water based acrylic paint to be used. Paint color to be white for parking lot striping and blue for ADA parking stalls. 1-year warranty to be provided by contractor for slurry seal and paint. The city will prepare the lots and paths for slurry seal. Question Deadline 06/18/2024 Please send all questions to tcoleman@ci.lacenter.wa.us. We will provide an email response to all questions Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, postal money order, cash, cashier's check or certified check payable to the City of La Center in the sum of five (5%) percent of the bid amount, to be forfeited to the city by the successful bidder if he/she fails to enter into a contract and file an acceptable surety bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within ten (10) calendar days of the award. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City of La Center and to waive all informalities in the bidding.
