Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the furnishing of all labour, materials, equipment and supervision required for the refurbishment of the College Beliveau Track in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Excavation and site grading; (b) Subsurface drainage and connection to an existing catch basin; (c) A 4-lane, 300m long athletic track surface; (d) Asphalt paving for track base; (e) Asphalt paving; (f) CIP concrete curbing; (g) Topsoil and sod; (h) Specified soccer goal posts. The funds available for this contract are $695,000.00 (inclusive of cash allowances). The Bidder shall include in their Bid Submission bid security in the form of a digital bid bond, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
