As of July 31, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The City of Roanoke, Virginia, is seeking competitive proposals from qualified Offerors to provide architectural and engineering design services for a new Fire Station No. 2 in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Deadline for Questions, Clarification and/ or Interpretations July 1, 2024 12:00 pm stanley.wells@roanokeva.gov Unless the proposal is withdrawn, the Offeror agrees that any prices or terms for such proposal shall remain valid for sixty (60) days after opening. Notices of proposal withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Manager
