General Description of Work: (1) Demolition shall consist of disconnection of all utilities, demolition and removal of the residential buildings, filling of the resulting depression, and turf restoration in disturbed areas. 4. LOCATION Work shall be performed under this Contract on campus of the Missouri University of Science & Technology, at multiple addresses. Addresses are 804 W. 12th St., 806 W. 12th St., 808 W. 12th St., and 811 W 13th St.
