Renovation of an educational facility in Rolla, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 56,129-square-foot educational facility.

Missouri S&T Schrenk Hall - East Renovation - Bid Package #1 (ERO-1) - Electrical Equipment Procurement and Elevator Package Bid Package #1 (ERO-1) is for Early Procurement of select Electrical Equipment and Elevator Retrofit Package which includes the following Work Categories: - 14 - Hydraulic Passenger Elevator - 26.1 - Early Electrical Equipment Procurement Project Description: The project consists of a renovation of 56,129 SF of the 131,836 SF Schrenk Hall on the Missouri S&T Campus in Rolla, MO. The renovation includes demolition, abatement, and new construction of interior walls, doors, interior finishes, exterior tuckpointing, roof replacement, an addition of a penthouse and vestibule, and mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, data, and electrical systems. Furniture and Audiovisual scope to be by owner. Schrenk West is outside the work area of this project except as required to enable the Schrenk East renovation. The renovation is not a change of occupancy or use. This is a Construction Management at Risk project. THERE IS NO GENERAL CONTRACTOR. All Contractors on this Project are considered Trade Contractors to River City Construction (RCC). RCC will award separate Contracts for all Bid Packages involved in the Project. The Project will be managed and coordinated by River City Construction. A Preconstruction Conference will be held at the jobsite after the award of successful bidders, date and time to be determined. Attendance by successful bidders is required to review the scope of the Project. The successful Bidders may be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. Any Bidder with a contract value greater than $1,000,000 who has not performed work for River City Construction within the last five years will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond. Such bond shall be provided within ten (10) days of the award of the Contract by the successful bidders. The cost of this bond is to be included (Bid) as additive Alternate #1. See 00 0002-1.16-Bonds for more information. If bidding on multiple Work Categories, please submit a bid form for each individual work category. Bidders are allowed to submit combination bids of multiple bid packages. However, the bidder must also bid each package individually. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days before awarding contracts.
