Renovation of an educational facility in Rolla, Missouri. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of April 23, 2025, per owner, design team has been identified. No general contractor has been selected to date. Asbestos and Demo is slated for June 2025. East Central College proposes to retain a qualified firm for the Architectural and Engineering services required for the renovation of an existing facility located in Rolla, Missouri. To facilitate the selection of the design team for this project, interested firms are invited to submit qualification for consideration. Qualifications should contain, at a minimum, the information requested in Section VI of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). East Central College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
